- Storage: Minimum 150MB free space required
Common Issues & Solutions
1. App crashes on launch
Solutions:
- Ensure your device meets the minimum system requirements
- Update Blux to the latest version from the App Store/Google Play

Support Guidelines
- We provide support for the latest two versions of Blux only
- Our support hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (GMT)

- Feature requests are reviewed monthly and may be implemented in future updates
- We do not provide support for jailbroken/rooted devices
